Very large enameled plaque on porcelain representing an interior scene from the Middle Ages. Precious technique of relief enamels intended mainly for decorating quality lady's dresses. This painting symbolizes the exaltation of feminine beauty. Of very high quality of execution, the woman is in a setting of embroidery and adornments of such richness that the complexion, the purity of the features, takes on a striking intensity by contrast.
